Welcome to NOVA Systems

We are a team of engineers, technicians and support people dedicated to helping our clients cope with industrial electronic equipment. Our primary focus is to provide resources for designing, building and maintaining electronic control systems for industrial machinery.

In May of 2004, NOVA Systems became the first CSIA Certified Member in Wisconsin. The continued commitment to quality integration was shown by the successfull completion of the re-certification audit in 2007. CSIA Certified Members undergo a 3rd party audit to demonstrate that their business practices meet or exceed industry standards.  CSIA, Control and Information Systems Integrator Association, is a worldwide group of Systems Integrators and Associate Members who provide "Best of Class" automation solutions for industry.

Some of the projects completed by the NOVA tech team include the retrofit of SIMAS and SIMCO machines which employed the custom NOVA designed software for the spring winding industry. NOVA has also developed moving frame of reference software for variable time base motion applications, particularly used in a high speed manufacturing environment.


Integrator of the Year
NOVA Systems was selected as one of the finalists in the 2007 Control Engineering Integrator of the Year competition. See the article in Control Engineering magazine.
Delta Tau
Delta Tau has included NOVA Systems on their list of preferred systems integrators. This achievement was a combination of demonstrated ability to work with the PMAC software environment and the successful completion of motion projects.
MAAG Gear Shaper
After recent projects at Bucyrus International, NOVA Systems has completed their 6th MAAG retrofit of SH-250 and SH-450 Shapers.
